• Showran the unscripted series Making It Big, Make It Fancy, and I Draw, You Cook with 20-person sets, owning every department from pre-production through post and every detail from guest-talent relations to the lunch order; analytics-driven strategy lifted engagement 40%.
• Wrote and set new production workflow standards as Series Current Producer, authoring the production playbook adopted across all shows and teams; brought generative AI tools (Runway, ElevenLabs) into live production testing.
